BW Terraces begins construction
The BW Terraces, part of an urban renewal development, was designed by RMJM Serbia in 2018.
At the beginning of March, the eponymous developers of Belgrade Waterfront announced that they had launched the construction of the BW Terraces, which offers 132 additional apartments overlooking river Sava, ranging from one to three bedrooms.
Flowing design, beautiful views and open spaces were prominent in RMJM Serbia’s design. The design intent was to create an interconnected environment that embraced the surrounding nature and BW neighbourhood. The glass facade that envelopes the building allows the interior to spill out onto the amazing terraces, connecting it with river and buildings amazing surroundings and blurring the line between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The terraced apartments brought living spaces outdoors and natural environments indoors. The integration of glass throughout the facade will reflect the project’s surroundings so the building appears to melt into the surrounding river, park and sky.
