Dilmunia at Bahrain is a master-planned development on a manmade island towards the northern tip of Bahrain. It will house a mix of residential, hospitality, leisure and commercial developments, surrounding a core of comprehensive health and wellness amenities. The project is being developed over an area of 125 hectares of reclaimed land, off the northeast seashore of Muharraq Island and a few minutes away from the international airport.
The Project is located on the southwest waterfront of the island and will be a community of mixed individual dwellings, villas and apartments. The total land area allocated for this project is 30,713 m2. The Plot is approximately 235 m in length (waterfrontage) and 130m deep. The Plot is strategically located and surrounded by the main green park of Dilmunia to its west side, a low density residential villa area in the east side, a water canal in the north and has a seashore line of 235 meter on its south side.
