Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with various clients and diverse multinational teams, fostering an environment that nurtures creativity and ensures the delivery of outstanding projects.

A registered architect, ARB, RIBA, and PIII Examiner, as well as a student mentor, Jason also brings a high level of expertise as a senior design operations executive.

Yasuko Kobayashi is a Design Director at RMJM with over 19 years of international experience. Her strength in design-led projects has gained her experience in different sectors including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Hospitality and Cultural buildings.

She studied architecture in Japan and the UK and has worked internationally in London, Beijing, Taipei, Tokyo and now across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Yasuko’s particular interest is in complex facade geometries and form finding to ensure the concept design is achieved in the final built project.

Many of her previous projects are focused on sustainability and were featured in various prestigious publications as examples of the exceptional design.

As an Architect with over 14 years’ experience in the GCC Region, Enayat has led project teams for internationally renowned practices and has a proven track record of delivering, large-scale complex developments, including but not limited to Hospitality, Commercial, Residential and Cultural projects.

With strong communication skills and leadership, to lead from masterplan concept stages to the design and delivery of architecture, Enayat delivered visionary concepts for various projects to create better places for people and deliver sustainable award-winning developments.
