Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Support the development of creative and innovative architectural concepts while ensuring alignment with technical requirements, functionality, and buildability across hospitality, residential, high-rise, and mixed-use projects.
- Coordinate and supervise internal design teams throughout different project stages, ensuring quality, consistency, and smooth delivery under the guidance of the Design Director or Senior Architect.
- Translate conceptual design intent into practical and technically feasible solutions, with strong attention to detailing, documentation, and project coordination.
- Supervise and support junior team members throughout the design and documentation process, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to project standards.
- Proven experience in hospitality, residential, high-rise, and mixed-use projects, with strong understanding of both conceptual design and technical execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience
