Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Prepare interior technical drawings, detailed layouts, joinery details, and documentation packages for project delivery.
- Translate design concepts into technically feasible and buildable solutions while maintaining the overall design intent.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, consultants, and suppliers throughout project stages.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project standards.
- Review materials, finishes, and technical details to ensure quality, functionality, and constructability.
- Support site coordination and resolve technical issues during construction and fit-out stages.
- Coordinate and supervise junior team members during the production of technical drawings and documentation.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all technical deliverables and project documentation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Contribute to hospitality, residential, high-rise, and mixed-use projects with strong understanding of interior detailing and technical execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Strong technical drawing and detailing skills, proficiency in design software, knowledge of materials and construction methods, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and site execution.
