RMJM East Africa through Symbion Uganda was commissioned to provide concept designs for a Business park consisting of 10 office blocks and a shopping mall.
The 18.1 acre site is primly located close to the Kampala CBD. The site has been zoned to accommodate a Hotel (3.9 acres), Hospital (2.6 acres) and the proposed Business park (10.5 acres). The design seeks to develop a state of the art business park and shopping mall with iconic architecture.
Key interventions include:
• Celebrated pedestrian and people spaces experience through the site
• Ample parking
• Landscape experience within the built environment
• Mixed use with retail integrated with in the buildings
• Sustainability through the buildings’ arrangements, ample day light, and air quality
