The Creative Design Architect supports the development of innovative design solutions, contributes to conceptual and detailed architectural work, and prepares quality drawings, models, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing concept and schematic design proposals.
- Produce drawings, 3D models, diagrams, and visual presentations.
- Support design development and coordinate with internal teams.
- Conduct research on materials, design trends, and technical solutions.
- Prepare project documentation and design packages.
- Participate in design reviews and client meetings when required.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and conceptual ability.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong conceptual thinking and design visualization skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
