The Senior Design Architect leads the creative process through concept design, ensures design quality, and oversees the work of junior architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead conceptual and schematic design development.
- Oversee design proposals, drawings, and presentations.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level architects.
- Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and clients.
- Present and defend design ideas to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and technical standards.
- Contribute to design competitions and high-level creative proposals.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for assigned projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 5–10 years of architectural design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership and conceptual innovation.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Advanced proficiency in design and visualization software.
- Excellent design judgment and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
