RMJM is pleased to present its concept design for Plot H15, developed for Emaar, a leading force behind Dubai’s most visionary urban destinations. Set along one of the most prominent waterfront parcels within Dubai Creek Harbour, the design responds to Emaar’s ambition to cultivate a refined, human-centred district where water, landscape and contemporary living coexist in harmony.

The proposal introduces two slender residential towers, rising approximately 180 metres and 160 metres above a sculpted, multi-tier podium. Their proportions are carefully calibrated to create a calm vertical rhythm, while the façade – composed of roughly 60 percent glazing and 40 percent solid surfaces – balances the desire for openness with environmental performance. Floor-to-floor heights of 3.4 metres allow sunlight to reach deep into the interiors, and broad balconies paired with corner glazing capture expansive views across the Creek, the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and the iconic Dubai skyline. A palette of white travertine, warm timber veneers, brushed brass and dark metal accents lends the towers an understated, timeless character, while the crown treatments give each structure a distinct silhouette that contributes to the evolving skyline of the district.

At ground and podium level, the architectural expression shifts toward horizontality, emphasising connection, movement and landscape. The 10.8-metre multi-level podium acts as the social and ecological heart of the development, seamlessly connecting the waterfront promenade with private residential spaces. Layered garden terraces, shaded walkways and a sequence of wellness environments – including yoga decks, a multipurpose clubhouse and an infinity-edge pool – create a setting that feels both elevated and restorative. These outdoor rooms have been shaped through studies of light, microclimate and landscape layering, ensuring that the experience of calm is sustained throughout the day.

Across both towers, Plot H15 accommodates 758 residences, thoughtfully distributed across one-, two- and three-bedroom typologies. Each layout has been guided by view analysis, solar studies and natural ventilation strategies, enabling every home to benefit from daylight, comfort and a strong sense of orientation toward water or landscape. The development achieves a GFA of approximately 90,800 square metres, aligning with the broader masterplan parameters of Dubai Creek Harbour while integrating mobility access, coastal regulations and aviation requirements from the earliest design stages.

Strategically positioned at the convergence of water, greenery and urban movement, Plot H15 offers direct links to Ras Al Khor Road, Al Badia Boulevard and the Creek Harbour pedestrian network. This connectivity allows residents to transition effortlessly between waterfront living, neighbourhood parks and the wider cultural and commercial destinations of Dubai Creek Harbour – a district conceived as a new urban centre for the city.

“This concept for Plot H15 is our architectural meditation on waterfront living — a balance of proportion, context and calm,” said Hrishikesh Borse, Associate at RMJM. “We sought to create not just towers, but a vertical community rooted in landscape and light, inviting residents to experience the Creek in a more intimate and restorative way.”

With this concept, RMJM reinforces its commitment to shaping environments where architecture, nature and human experience come together in meaningful harmony – contributing to Dubai Creek Harbour’s vision for a refined, contemporary and enduring waterfront district.
