This project is located in the East side of A3 West Business District, within the CDB. The land and buildings included in the project have not yet been sold off. The total land area is about 1.0772 ha and is planned to be for commercial use.
Two roads leading into the area have been opened: Ningdong Road and Jingcheng Road; with a city slip road and Changle Road opening later on. Yongxin River sits to the west of A3-1# and 2# which provides a pleasant landscape.
