RMJM was appointed to create a dynamic cultural and retail hub as part of the wider Bawabat al Sharq development. It will facilitate areas for privacy while encouraging relaxation and enjoyment with an exciting sense of arrival and strong natural flow. Focusing on activating the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces to a new destination that will complement the existing master plan.
Landscaped Central heart of the project uniquely connects all components of the hub, providing all amenities within itself. Every inner court is visually inviting visitors and residents to connect to the playful areas of the central heart.
