Overview

The Hyatt Regency Resort is a luxury resort and residential development located on 20 hectares of prime property stretching along 650 meters of renowned Vietnamese beach. Its address on the new highway provides easy access to the world heritage village of Hoi An. Danang International Airport is a short 20 km drive away. The development is buffered from the public road by a green landscape strip, a moat and a rampart. This rampart is an activated boundary that accommodates retail, back of house and various entertainment facilities. Towards one end is the plaza, a focal point along the rampart with a performance stage and a reflection pond with surrounding alcove dining.

The hotel’s 258 guest rooms are grouped in clusters to the east and west of the lobby, preserving the small scale village-feel of the development. Each cluster consists of a 3-storey building angled to maximize the spectacular seaviews and a number of two-story blocks offering intimate accommodation in a sheltered tropical garden setting. To the south of the hotel are 30 beachfront residences, each with two bedrooms plus a study/bedroom, a pool and garden with outside covered lounge area. All the residences are elevated to provide a superior vantage point to the sea.
