RMJM has been commissioned to design a mixed use residential and office/serviced apartments development in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The project consists of three towers; two residential towers and a third tower housing serviced apartments and commercial office space. At the base of the towers is a parking podium, amenities and a number of exclusive townhouses.
The towers themselves range from 40 storeys to 60 storeys and are interconnected to create an iconic gateway form in the Mumbai skyline. The interiors have been designed to be contemporary and create a brand for the overall luxury development. An overall tonal and textural palette has been selected that continues from the lobbies to the interiors of the flats.
