The scheme forms Phase 1 of a major urban regeneration project located a kilometre west of the centre of Sofia. Over an envisaged eight year period, approximately 180,000 m² of predominantly office, associated retail space and lifestyle accommodation will be developed on a former industrial site in two distinctive parts: West End Park and Antim Plaza.
Phase 1 of West End Park will provide three 7-storey office buildings of 30,000 m² set within a lush landscape around a new common built over an underground car park.
The glass façade scheme echoes the qualities of nearby West Park and provides best-in-class accommodation for corporate, IT and R&D users. Future Phases to the east of West End Park include a new galleria and urban square formed by two office towers, four mid rise blocks, ground level restaurants and shops, and a 5,000 m² retail unit built over two levels of underground parking. The galleria will align with a prominent axis between the site and central Sofia.
