RMJM has been invited to attend the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference at the Madinat Conference Centre this week in what is the Middle East’s most important hotel investment event. RMJM’s presence at the event represents the esteem in which it is held within the Middle East and its passion to deliver award-winning assets. The company has been delivering high quality projects in the region for over 40 years and has a history of award-winning developments in its portfolio including the DIFC Gate Avenue and the iconic Capital Gate at ADNEC which incorporates the Hyatt Hotel. RMJM will be represented by Regional Business Development Manager, Angela Manthrope, and Dubai Principal, Neil van der Veen throughout the week.
RMJM is particularly active in the hospitality sector with current projects including a new 550-Key Hilton Hotel and a 600-Key Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites both situated at Dubai South. The recent redevelopment of the Ramada Hotel site in Bur Dubai and a 300-Key Ibis Styles Hotel are also part of RMJM’s latest hospitality offerings. In addition to these, the RMJM designed W Hotel and Alef Residences is expected to open on the crescent of the Palm Jumeirah later this year in what’s proving to be a very busy 2017 for the company.
The AHIC runs alongside the Arabian Travel Market and is seen as a key contributor to both Dubai and the UAE’s GDP. Accordingly, representatives from over 4o countries will be in attendance with 120 speakers expected to contribute. There will also be a significant media presence throughout the week.
