Silverene’s dynamic and elegantly proportioned towers rise over 150 meters and 120 meters respectively, to form a distinguished sculpture in the Dubai Marina district. Each tower geometry is a simple yet elegant rectangle with diagonal edges splayed progressively as the tower ascends and culminates in a pyramidal shaped apex. Structured around a central robust concrete core and perimeter columns, the 34 and 26 storey towers ascend above the G+2 floor podium with two levels of common retail/parking and three basement levels.
Silverene provides 117,600m² of gross builtup area and boasts an average typical floor efficiency at over 84%. Over 3,100m² of retail faces the marina at the promenade and mezzanine level. An elegant infinity pool and health club provides a retreat for the tenants of the 552 unit development.
