The design for RMJM’s Splendid River masterplan springs from the desire to create a new urban landmark and vibrant community along the Yangtze River, linking it to the new cultural and commercial heart of Han Yang city centre. The new active waterfront environment will include a commercial and retail heart with a lively entertainment district and cultural and arts plazas.
The contemporary architecture reflects the spirit and future of Wuhan with an iconic office tower and the hotel. Retail and residential neighbourhoods ensure the areas economic growth.
