RMJM were appointed as lead consultants for the mixed use development located at the prestigious World Trade Centre roundabout in Dubai. The twin tower development houses a 40 storey office tower and the 5 star Monarch Hotel.
This consists of a large podium accommodating retail outlets, restaurants, ballroom, meeting rooms and a luxury health club. A duplex suite of 1,120m² sits on the 32nd and 33rd floors to co-join the two towers.
