This project is more than just an office building – it’s a multi-level architectural journey, seamlessly blending modern design with Belgrade’s rich cultural heritage and the natural beauty of its surroundings. Each floor offers a unique experience, demonstrating RMJM’s commitment to creating inspiring and functional workspaces that prioritize employee well-being and foster a collaborative environment.
The design journey begins on Level 11, where a welcoming entry and flexible meeting spaces blend traditional Serbian crafts with features, creating a unique atmosphere enhanced by artwork celebrating local artistic traditions and architectural a modern aesthetic. Level 12 further integrates Belgrade’s heritage, drawing inspiration from iconic modernistic landmarks such as the Museum of Contemporary Art, Hall 1 of Belgrade Fair and Sports Center “25. Maj.” The design subtly incorporates these architectural masterpieces within the customer conference and training rooms.
Levels 13-19 provide consistent, high-quality typical workspaces, maintaining a unified design language through consistent color palettes (Blue, Green, and Terracotta), material choices, and thoughtfully integrated artwork. Sustainability is highlighted by the use of upcycled bricks from old Vojvodina houses, adding unique character and reducing environmental impact. Level 15 celebrates nature’s beauty through its color palette and artwork reflecting the ever-changing seasons. Sustainable elements are incorporated throughout, promoting serenity at this level that houses a dedicated workspace. Artwork here includes playful pieces symbolizing technology’s integration with nature, timelessness and connection with the natural world. Ascending to Level 21, a vibrant dining area, lounge, and game room reflect the diverse environment of Ušće Towers, inspired by local arts and crafts, encouraging teamwork and playfulness. Finally, Level 22 offers a breathtaking experience, with stunning views and design elements emphasizing the connection between nature, time, and place. This design evokes a sense of contemplation and inspiration, culminating in the architectural journey.
