BW Riviera is situated in an exclusive location of Belgrade, in the first row to the river with direct access to Sava Promenada, right to the Kula Belgrade. A new symbol of the capital, it is a part of the Belgrade Waterfront (BW) complex, which has been meticulously designed to channel the unique pulse of the city while also inspiring the environment of the capital.
The overall façade of the BW buildings is of a similar contemporary architectural expression to identify the unity of the location and complex, however, every building has its own character.
The building offers 139 premium apartments of varying sizes to meet every need and are designed around a landscaped inner courtyard. Each room is distinguished by the most contemporary architectural solutions, with high ceilings and spacious terraces and balconies, which dissolve the boundary between inside and outside and encourage an outdoor lifestyle.
The vibrant glass-façade geometry, coupled with the light gold color of the 25-storey BW Riviera creates a striking location. The generous terraces and balconies of unique design are the most distinct façade feature of BW Riviera, designed in such a way that the life of residents will always be decorated with spectacular views and filled with an abundance of daylight and fresh air.
