The Telling Building is the future headquarters of Chinese consumer electronics company giant Telling Telecom and is located on the north side of the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Area, an increasingly important part of the city. First impressions of the project emphasise its accessibility, with both the 24-hour platform and the cultural facility made easily accessible to the public.
Otherwise, the site’s location is blessed with many great views. On the north side of the plot is the OCT Tourism Zone, home to a wetland park and other cultural landscapes. On the east side is the central park of the entire Super Headquarters Area, while the Shenzhen Bay is on the south side.
