A forthcoming RMJM project helped our esteemed client RAK Properties achieve second place in the 2019 Gulf Real Estate Awards.

On the 26th and 27th of March 2019, the annual Gulf Real Estate Awards were held at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel in Dubai. The awards involved over 100 finalists from across the Middle East having projects scored by an independent judging panel, competing for prestigious titles in the real estate sector.

This year, RMJM was honoured to have not just one, but two separate projects nominated for awards. RMJM’s Souq Extra Dubai development and the Angel Bay design for RAK Properties were both nominated in the Best Real Estate Project (Off Plan) – Commercial and Industrial category. The results are now in and we’re pleased to say that our clients RAK Properties secured second place for the Angel Bay project.

RMJM is working closely with RAK Properties on Angel Bay to create a luxury hospitality experience on Hayat Island, located on the Mina Al Arab, Was Al Khaimah. The finished project will offer another fine addition to the UAE’s thriving tourism and hospitality sectors, providing guests with serene landscapes alongside plush retail and food and beverage outlets worth visiting for alone.

Souq Extra, a fellow RMJM client, was also awarded the Best Marketing Campaign award on the night. We would like to congratulate Souq Extra on this award and look forward to collaborating with the developer on Phase 2 of the Souq Extra DSO.
