RMJM is delighted to announce it has received three nominations at the upcoming Cityscape Global Awards to be held in Dubai. The Ichon Rex, the Stella Maris Tower and the Hyatt Regency, Dubai Creek Heights have all been shortlisted at the award ceremony which will take place on the 6th September in Dubai. The Cityscape Global Awards celebrate excellence in real estate development and architecture. Covering a range of categories, the awards offer international architects and leading real estate developers a prestigious platform to communicate a shared vision for the future, from culturally integrated city skylines to sustainable urban communities.

Ichon Rex
Nominated for the Residential High Rise Project Award (Built), the Ichon Rex development is a ground-breaking development consisting of two towers that have helped redefine the Seoul skyline. The sleek crystalline tower, iconic sky bridge, innovative landscaping and commanding river views make the Ichon Rex the ultimate urban living experience. The sky bridge, the centrepiece of this remarkable project, incorporates a plethora of communal facilities such as a library, spa, gym, art gallery and golf driving range. RMJM excelled in providing a solution to the rapid urbanisation still taking place in Seoul in the form of a sustainable residential development.

Stella Maris Tower
The Stella Maris Tower has been recognised in the Residential High Rise Project Award (Future) category at this year’s Cityscape Global Awards. Situated in the Dubai Marina, the Stella Maris Tower seeks to reflect the visionary architecture of its surroundings while providing an advanced environmental response and contemporary image. The concept design proposes a 50 storey tower accommodating apartments, duplex apartments, townhouses and penthouses. The Stella Maris Tower – Latin for ‘the star of the sea’ – is certain to live up to its name upon completion.aerial view-OP1

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights
In the Leisure & Hospitality Project Award (Built) category the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights development has been recognised by this year’s judging panel. Illuminating the Dubai Creek, these 166.5m high towers provide stunning views of the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline. The development houses world-class retail, offices and hotel facilities as well as serviced apartments. Completed in December 2014, the Hyatt Regency encapsulates the flourishing tourism in Dubai and the unrivalled facilities the region has to offer.
