Ichon Rex
Nominated for the Residential High Rise Project Award (Built), the Ichon Rex development is a ground-breaking development consisting of two towers that have helped redefine the Seoul skyline. The sleek crystalline tower, iconic sky bridge, innovative landscaping and commanding river views make the Ichon Rex the ultimate urban living experience. The sky bridge, the centrepiece of this remarkable project, incorporates a plethora of communal facilities such as a library, spa, gym, art gallery and golf driving range. RMJM excelled in providing a solution to the rapid urbanisation still taking place in Seoul in the form of a sustainable residential development.

Stella Maris Tower
The Stella Maris Tower has been recognised in the Residential High Rise Project Award (Future) category at this year’s Cityscape Global Awards. Situated in the Dubai Marina, the Stella Maris Tower seeks to reflect the visionary architecture of its surroundings while providing an advanced environmental response and contemporary image. The concept design proposes a 50 storey tower accommodating apartments, duplex apartments, townhouses and penthouses. The Stella Maris Tower – Latin for ‘the star of the sea’ – is certain to live up to its name upon completion.
