Phase 1 of the University Campus Suffolk Hub in Ipswich was a joint initiative between the University of East Anglia and the University of Essex. The 10,500 m² project provides a striking building on the waterfront that sets the standards for the future development of an integrated, student centred and sustainable campus.
RMJM managed the team and process, meeting the challenging programme set by the client to open the University in September 2008.
