Its approach combines creative ambition with contextual understanding, technical feasibility and close collaboration between disciplines.
The studio is led by Principals Luca Aldrighi, a registered architect with more than 20 years of international experience across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and Abhinav Goel with an international team of architects, urban designers, interior designers and technical specialists. Luca is also a professor at Politecnico di Milano and is registered with the Ordine degli Architetti di Mantova.
“The opening of RMJM Mantova represents an exciting new chapter for our team. Mantova offers a unique environment in which architectural heritage, education and contemporary design come together. Our ambition is to create thoughtful, innovative and technically rigorous projects that respond meaningfully to their context and to the people who use them,” said Luca Aldrighi, Principal of RMJM Mantova.
The team brings experience across educational, cultural, mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, sports and large-scale master-planning projects. Its international portfolio includes Dushanbe Tower and Congress Hall in Tajikistan, Sanko Headquarters in Istanbul, Gdynia Mixed use in Poland, Berhan Bank Headquarters in Ethiopia, the Architecture and Design Museum competition in Helsinki, the Beach Plaza Hotel in Montecarlo and the Quay Side District in Malaysia.
Through its multidisciplinary team with over 10 differents nationalities and close relationship with Politecnico di Milano’s Mantova campus, RMJM Mantova will focus on architecture that balances design identity, sustainability, cultural sensitivity, user experience and long-term functionality.
